Each year, Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana convenes alumni for the Annual End-of-Year Fellows Gathering — a flagship reunion that strengthens peer accountability and renews shared commitment to ethical public service.

The gathering brings cohorts together for strategic dialogue on public sector innovation, institutional reform, and the practical challenges fellows face inside ministries and assemblies.

Beyond celebration, the convening is a working space: alumni exchange lessons, mentor newer cohorts, and identify collaborations that turn individual placements into collective impact across Ghana’s public service.
