EPL Ghana

Workplace dynamics play a critical role in shaping employee performance. By strategically adopting FWH policies, prioritising stress management, and fostering job autonomy through tailored policies and collaboration, organisations can create an optimal work environment that optimises performance and employee well-being, leading to sustainable success. The report recommends implementing clear communication plans for FWH, launching awareness campaigns for stress management resources, and developing sector-specific autonomy guidelines with collaboration training programs. These steps can cultivate a work environment that fosters high performing and well-supported employees.
